I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who’s passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. I’ve worked in a variety of settings-from drug and alcohol treatment programs to school-based counseling-which has given me the chance to walk alongside individuals facing all kinds of challenges.

I work with children, teens, and adults, and I truly enjoy meeting people right where they are. Whether someone is dealing with stress, big emotions, life changes, or just trying to figure themselves out, my goal is to create a space where they can feel comfortable and heard. I pull from a variety of approaches depending on what each person needs. My hope is to support each person in moving toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and authentic.
