I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor working under clinical supervision as I pursue full licensure, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. I began my career in the drug and alcohol field, where I developed a strong passion for supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders and the lasting effects of trauma.
I work with clients experiencing, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, relationship changes and life transitions. My approach integrates CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and attachment-based interventions, informed by experience in individual, group, and residential treatment settings. I am completing EMDR training as well.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and compassionate. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space grounded in trust and authenticity, where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and building meaningful, lasting change. I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they work towards healing, growth, and recovery.
