Amanda is a 2007 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology/Penn State in Physician Assistant Studies, where she was a member of the National Scholars Honors Society. She has experience in Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, and Mental Health/ADHD. Amanda loves working with her patients, and takes a holistic approach to their care. She has also studied nutrition and natural approaches to healthcare. When she is not working, you will find her spending time with her family on their little homestead, homeschooling her kids, baking sourdough bread, or traveling.   Amanda is able to provide mental health medication to individuals with Commercial Highmark insurance or self-pay, while she can provide medication-assisted treatment for substance use to those with Commercial Highmark and UPMC, as well as UPMC For You insurance.
